A highly professional team with friendly, smiling faces. I am very grateful to them for replacing my car's windshield today; the price was very reasonable, and I highly recommend their services.

This was a great experience. The front desk associate was very welcoming and communicative. She kept me updated with everything I needed to know. The shop owners worked with me when I came in came late and I was able to get my car back in no time! 10/10

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I reached out, the customer service was outstanding. Vali was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. The repair was completed perfectly, and my windshield looks as good as new. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I was especially impressed by how quickly they finished the job without compromising on quality. If you need windshield repair, I highly recommend them! I would absolutely use their services again. Excellent service, exceptional workmanship, and a truly positive experience!

HIGHLY recommend! They repaired and recalibrated my broken windshield (Mercedes Benz) promptly and with a smile. Everyone you work with on their team—from the receptionist Christina to the technician Naseer to the owner Vali—is outstanding. High quality but competitive pricing.

We are very happy with the service provided by Allstate Auto Glass. They worked with our insurer so all we had to do was drop off the car and pick it up with a brand new windshield that looks just like new.

Update 1 year later: No issues with the windshield. It still works perfectly! These guys are awesome. They replaced my windshield for a very fair price. I was initially concerned about the calibration that needed to be done when you put in a non-OEM windshield but the owner promised it would work and it did. No issues at all. My windshield wipers were off when I got the car back and they fixed that in a few minutes. Great experience and highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Allstate Auto Glass! On Sunday, while I was driving, a large truck was in front of me and a stone hit and cracked my windshield. I contacted the company and was able to get a FREE estimate online. Even though it was around 10 PM, Mr. Vali responded to my text and was extremely helpful and professional. By 10 AM the next morning, I had a brand-new windshield installed and my car was ready to drive again! The service was incredibly fast, professional, and convenient. I highly recommend Allstate Auto Glass to anyone who needs windshield or auto glass services. Excellent customer service and outstanding work!

Smacked a bug on my windshield while driving which cause it to spider crack. These guys had all sorts of windows as other shops would had to wait till the next day. They got me back on the road the same day.

Vali was honest and real. There was a slight Issue with my original window repair but, he worked hard to create a solution. I appreciate his constant effort to get the job done and very direct communication with customers. Just make sure you call in advance to have your glass ordered/ confirmed on-site.

so my car got broken into this morning and I had court the same morning so I didn’t really have time to look for a place that could repair my window for me the same day that’s where I found Allstate Ottawa glass. They were quite busy today but they still found time to squeeze me in and my weight wasn’t that long. I also had some glass shards left in my passenger side of the vehicle. They cleaned that up without me asking them I just wanna let you guys know. They have amazing service they offer you a room to sit down in while your vehicle is being repaired It offers coffee a place to sit and air-conditioning. I just want to see if you’re looking for a place with fast auto repair times please consider going to Allstate auto glass.

Very happy with my experience here! Their price was about half of their main competitors *cough cough Safelite* for a windshield replacement on a 2018 VW Atlas. They had me in and out of their waiting in 2 hours, and the quality of their workmanship is top notch. I hope I don't have to replace another windshield, but I will come back here if I ever do.
