⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vali at Allstate Auto Glass was great to work with. Very responsive, easy to schedule an appointment with, and the service was fast and professional. I also appreciated that they accept cash payments and stand behind their work with a warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. They were familiar with what sensors on my vehicle would need to be recalibrated where as other shops didn’t seem to have that knowledge. One of the best parts was the location — there are plenty of places within walking distance while you wait, which made the whole experience really convenient. Highly recommend Vali and the team for anyone needing auto glass service!

Car window got smashed in DC (love that place). Needed same day service on the window. I filled out a form to receive a quote online and was contacted within 15 minutes. I drove to the location and was told it would be done in 2 hours. I got a call that my car was ready after 1 hour 50 min and was charged the exact price of the quote. I highly recommend this place. The workers were polite and helpful. I will be using this place again (hopefully under better conditions than a smash and grab)!

I had my car broken into. Dealt with so many headaches trying to get it fixed between the dealership and insurance. Allstate glass repair was the only thing easy about the whole process. I got quoted over $500 by safelite for my window to get replace later in the week. I called Allstate that morning, they told me to bring it in and within an hour it was fixed for $250! After so much stress of 6 weeks of my car not being repaired at the dealership, the relief Allstate provided was astronomical. I actually think I could’ve cried. Vali was so kind and made me feel in good hands. I will say the website has issues with scheduling so better to call directly. I can’t recommend this place more.
