Update 1 year later: No issues with the windshield. It still works perfectly! These guys are awesome. They replaced my windshield for a very fair price. I was initially concerned about the calibration that needed to be done when you put in a non-OEM windshield but the owner promised it would work and it did. No issues at all. My windshield wipers were off when I got the car back and they fixed that in a few minutes. Great experience and highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Allstate Auto Glass! On Sunday, while I was driving, a large truck was in front of me and a stone hit and cracked my windshield. I contacted the company and was able to get a FREE estimate online. Even though it was around 10 PM, Mr. Vali responded to my text and was extremely helpful and professional. By 10 AM the next morning, I had a brand-new windshield installed and my car was ready to drive again! The service was incredibly fast, professional, and convenient. I highly recommend Allstate Auto Glass to anyone who needs windshield or auto glass services. Excellent customer service and outstanding work!

I appreciate his constant effort to get the job done and very direct communication with customers. Just make sure you call in advance to have your glass ordered/ confirmed on-site.

so my car got broken into this morning and I had court the same morning so I didn’t really have time to look for a place that could repair my window for me the same day that’s where I found Allstate Ottawa glass. They were quite busy today but they still found time to squeeze me in and my weight wasn’t that long. I also had some glass shards left in my passenger side of the vehicle. They cleaned that up without me asking them I just wanna let you guys know. They have amazing service they offer you a room to sit down in while your vehicle is being repaired It offers coffee a place to sit and air-conditioning. I just want to see if you’re looking for a place with fast auto repair times please consider going to Allstate auto glass.

Very happy with my experience here! Their price was about half of their main competitors *cough cough Safelite* for a windshield replacement on a 2018 VW Atlas. They had me in and out of their waiting in 2 hours, and the quality of their workmanship is top notch. I hope I don't have to replace another windshield, but I will come back here if I ever do.

Unfortunately, my partner's vehicle was vandalized along with several others in the neighborhood, and we needed to replace one of the rear door windows. I got an online estimate from the big commercial guys (the ones with the catchy jingle) - almost $1300 and no appointment for over a week - ummm...nope. When I called Allstate, the person who answered the phone (seemed to be the owner) told me if I brought it right over, he could do it that morning and quoted me a fee about a quarter of the other one. That was about 8:15. My parner and I both need to leave home my 11:30 -- done and done, even with travel time and other logistics on our end. The shop was a little chaotic but I still got some work done in the small waiting area and had a friendly chat with the manager/owner, who was personable and had an interesting life story. The next day, looking around the neighborhood at all the cars with trash bags in the windows and at my partner's car that looked like it had never been part of the event, I was grateful we were able to get back to normal with so little disruption. I am also glad we could use a small, local business. Would recommend.

After a night of fun, I walked out to my car and saw that someone busted my front passenger window. I almost cried. I called around to find a good price on replacement and I found the actual best place!!! So sorry I woke the owner up by calling around 4am but he was able to get me in that day and for a very fair price!!! Another popular bigger named placed was charging double and I just didn’t not have it. So grateful and appreciative. The service was great, took less than 2 hours and my window looked good as new.
