I had my car broken into. Dealt with so many headaches trying to get it fixed between the dealership and insurance. Allstate glass repair was the only thing easy about the whole process. I got quoted over $500 by safelite for my window to get replace later in the week. I called Allstate that morning, they told me to bring it in and within an hour it was fixed for $250! After so much stress of 6 weeks of my car not being repaired at the dealership, the relief Allstate provided was astronomical. I actually think I could’ve cried. Vali was so kind and made me feel in good hands. I will say the website has issues with scheduling so better to call directly. I can’t recommend this place more.

I called on 27 Feb 26 at 12:17 PM and asked if they could replace a front passenger window with a crack in my SUV on that same day. They said YES and I was given a 2:30 PM appointment to replace the window and it was replaced by 3:15 PM on the same day, 27 Feb 26. I WILL RECOMMEND ALLSTATE AUTO GLASS TO FAMILY, FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS. Also, Christy, the Office Assistant was very professional, personable, greeted me with a warm and welcome smile and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my window to be installed. My experience with allstate was wonderful. The time I was given for my car to be finished was right on the money. If there is any body out there that needs glass replacement for there car. I strongly recommend that give allstate auto glass a call. They are located in fallschurch va please look them up. Great people and great prices
