Unfortunately, my partner's vehicle was vandalized along with several others in the neighborhood, and we needed to replace one of the rear door windows. I got an online estimate from the big commercial guys (the ones with the catchy jingle) - almost $1300 and no appointment for over a week - ummm...nope. When I called Allstate, the person who answered the phone (seemed to be the owner) told me if I brought it right over, he could do it that morning and quoted me a fee about a quarter of the other one. That was about 8:15. My parner and I both need to leave home my 11:30 -- done and done, even with travel time and other logistics on our end. The shop was a little chaotic but I still got some work done in the small waiting area and had a friendly chat with the manager/owner, who was personable and had an interesting life story. The next day, looking around the neighborhood at all the cars with trash bags in the windows and at my partner's car that looked like it had never been part of the event, I was grateful we were able to get back to normal with so little disruption. I am also glad we could use a small, local business. Would recommend.

After a night of fun, I walked out to my car and saw that someone busted my front passenger window. I almost cried. I called around to find a good price on replacement and I found the actual best place!!! So sorry I woke the owner up by calling around 4am but he was able to get me in that day and for a very fair price!!! Another popular bigger named placed was charging double and I just didn’t not have it. So grateful and appreciative. The service was great, took less than 2 hours and my window looked good as new.

I called them frantically on the weekdn outside of business hours and they answered right away. They got me in first thing on Monday and took care of me and my car looks brand new! They also handled everything with my insurance- I will highly reccomend them to anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vali at Allstate Auto Glass was great to work with. Very responsive, easy to schedule an appointment with, and the service was fast and professional. I also appreciated that they accept cash payments and stand behind their work with a warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. They were familiar with what sensors on my vehicle would need to be recalibrated where as other shops didn’t seem to have that knowledge. One of the best parts was the location — there are plenty of places within walking distance while you wait, which made the whole experience really convenient.
