Allstate Auto Glass, Inc. warrants the installation of your windshield or rear window for as long as you own the vehicle. Your new auto glass will be properly installed and sealed by one of our experienced auto glass technicians and we guarantee it will not leak unless it is broken or the vehicle suffers a structural failure. If the glass is broken or the vehicle suffers a structural failure there is no coverage under this warranty. If your new windshield or rear window leaks or if you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply contact Allstate Auto Glass Inc. and we will schedule an appointment to inspect the work.
If the original work needs adjustment, it will be done at no cost to you. At Allstate Auto Glass Inc., we strive to be best in the business, and stand behind our work 100%.
The Allstate Auto Glass Inc. warranty covers only the replacement mentioned above, and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. There are no warranties that extend beyond those expressed. Because we service multiple states, and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages and/or do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, the above statements may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific, legal rights which may vary from state to state.
Our windshield repair process prevents the spread of cracks and other windshield damage from the initial chip or break. Allstate Auto Glass Inc. guarantees every windshield repair, and is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the result of the windshield repair, Allstate Auto Glass Inc. will credit the cost of the repair toward a full windshield replacement for as long as you own the vehicle.
The repair credit will be issued only to the party that was responsible for the initial payment. If your insurance deductible was waived for the windshield repair, you will be required to pay any applicable deductible for a windshield replacement.
